Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC) and The Chamber of Commerce Foundation partnered with the The Holding Co. to build a new tool for employers curious about childcare. Realizing that family-friendly policies are a way to attract and keep top talent, but that a lot of businesses are intimidated by the complexity of designing a child care program and/or aren’t aware of the range of solutions beyond on-site childcare, The Holding Co was excited to help.
We designed a digital platform that is vivid, approachable, and full of on-ramps for employers, including a questionnaire to help them find the solutions most applicable to their needs - ranging from hybrid workforces to late hours to multiple locations.
Employers can now access tailored recommendations for childcare solutions that suit their organization’s needs. A robust library of case studies, plus a suite of free tools, ensures every employer has the practical guidance needed to implement this critical benefit for their workforce.
